1: Construction: The Head (Part five)
One more from lesson one. These went a little bit better, though I noticed that for some reason I tend to add a bit of extra width to the heads. I’ll have to keep a tab on that.
One good thing I’ve noticed is that I’m getting a bit more confident with just putting the pencil on paper and going for it. These were sketched out much quicker than any of the previous pages of heads. Now I just need to keep my accuracy under check!
I have been having problems with comments. If you tried before but didn’t have any luck, try again. It should all be fixed now!
Ah, my old nemesis, the bunny ears! You’re handling them with aplomb, old chum!

Thats some pretty badass stuff, i’ve seen a huge amount of improvement of everyone i’ve seen doing this course.
Me included cos i suck at this cartooning stuff.
These are good… REALLY good. You can see the improvement over just these couple of posts. Keep it up!
Thanks guys. I did a bunch more last night but wasn’t happy with them at all, so I won’t be posting those. Probably didn’t help that I did them after a couple of beers!
I’ll try to do a few more tonight. I’m working on a disc resting on my knees while sitting on the sofa at the moment, which probably isn’t ideal. I really must get around to building that desk I keep promising myself!
After looking at all the work you have put in, I feel ashamed of myself! I must admit that I haven\’t had all the time I would like in which to practice. I find the simple eggs the hardest to draw too and just like you, my rabbit head proportions are slightly out time and time again. Maybe you could have a look at mine and tell me what you think . I\’d appreciate any comments you could give on my other work too.

I really want to start but I couldn’t find any information about the next couple lessons. Are they still going to be posting lesson 2? or is that only for the people with blogs?
